  • At Rapha Equipment Solutions, our sales terms are flexible to meet the unique needs of each client. These terms depend on the type of product (whether reagents, consumables, small or large equipment), product availability, and stock levels.

    Delivery Time

    Delivery timelines are based on mutual agreement and product category:

    • Within 24 hours for reagents, consumables, and small instruments.
    • 7 to 30 days for small to medium-sized equipment and out-of-stock products.
    • 30 to 60 days for heavy equipment and products shipped via sea freight.

    Manufacturer Warranty

    Warranty coverage depends on the product type and installation:

    • Reagents follow the manufacturer’s conditions.
    • 1 to 6 months for small instruments.
    • 6 to 18 months for medium and large equipment.
    • All our equipment meets international quality standards (ISO, DIN, TUV, CE, etc.).

    After-Sales Service

    • Our technicians handle installation, user training, and after-sales support.
    • Our after-sales service and technical assistance are designed to cater to all customer categories.
    • All necessary consumables are readily available at competitive prices.

    Payment Terms

    • 60% advance payment at order placement and 40% upon delivery. (Negotiable)

    Important Note

    Most of the equipment we supply operates on open systems, allowing the use of reagents from other manufacturers. However, due to the competitive market trends in Cameroon and beyond, we strongly recommend using only the reagents and consumables we supply. This ensures optimal performance and guaranteed quality for your equipment.

    To prevent stock shortages, we advise our customers to maintain an adequate supply of reagents in their laboratories. Proper reagent stock management will help avoid unnecessary inconveniences associated with emergency orders.
